Move over Totino’s, there’s a new pizza snack in town. Popularized by their mini stuffed bagels, Bantam Bagels is hitting southern California shelves with their NYC recipe pizza bites: Bantam Pizzas.

With the launch, the Shark Tank hit brand is offering the beloved taste of New York City pizza in just one bite. Offering a unique twist on how to get the NYC pizza experience, Bantam Pizzas takes authentic NYC pizza dough, shrinks it down and stuffs it with all the delicious toppings that traditionally go on top of your pizza on the inside.

Bantam Pizza bites contain homemade marinara, fresh mozzarella and are available in four appetizing flavors: Pepperoni, Margherita, Five Cheese, and Supreme.

Bantam Bagels stays true to their roots by incorporating authentic NYC dough into their latest creations.

I sampled the Margherita which was stuffed with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. It was simple, flavorful, and bursting with gooey cheese. Next up was the Supreme, my favorite of the bunch. The bite was stuffed with pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella, and marinara which was tangy, cheesy, and packed with flavor all in one little bite. The best part about them is that it’s a snackable solution that requires minimal preparation. All you need is a toaster oven or you can bake them in a conventional oven. It’s perfect for the on-the-go foodie with no fork and knife required.

You can find Bantam Pizza bites exclusively available at Vons and Pavilions. For more information about Bantam Pizzas or to find a store near you, visit: Bantambagels.com/collections/pizza.

Change the way you eat breakfast with Bantam Egg Bites!

Also available are Bantam Bagels Egg Bites – mini New York City bagels stuffed with scrambled egg and cheese. Like their iconic signature bagel bites, these egg bites are made with an authentic NYC recipe that’s filled with 5 grams of protein. They are currently on shelves in 5 different varieties: Cheddar, Original, Garden Veggie, Sausage, and Bacon.

I tried the Original which was a plain bagel stuffed with scrambled egg and cheddar cheese. It was perfectly sized and decadent. For the authentic NYC bagel experience, I followed the instructions on the back of the box which stated to defrost its contents in the refrigerator overnight (this extra step is worth it). On the following day, you toast them in either a toaster oven for 4-5 minutes or you can bake them in a conventional oven for 7 minutes, or until its exterior is crispy. The end result is a delicious and satisfying meal that’s sure to become a breakfast staple in your home.

About Bantam Bagels

In 2012 husband and wife, Nick and Elyse Oleksak, from Brooklyn New York, set out on a mission to change the way people eat bagels. “Our goal with Bantam Bagels was to take something that’s iconic, delicious, and indulgent, and present it in a new and exciting way. We’re focused on changing the way people think and feel about bagels and are excited to share what we have created in New York City, to households all over the US,” said Elyse.

In revolutionizing the way people eat an iconic breakfast staple, Bantam Bagels offers a great way to enjoy a bite-sized version of a bagel without indulging in too many carbs or calories. Their mini stuffed bagels are crispy on the outside and cream cheese stuffed on the inside. Each ball, like the one I tried (Everybody’s Favorite) is stuffed with a delicious filling that’s sure to satisfy any palette.
