Recently, one of the most celebrated cosmetics companies in the world held a two-part event to kick-off its latest makeup line. Shiseido Makeup served up beauty and fun with a twist of Hollywood glamour. The Shiseido Makeup Master Class and Cocktail Party, held at Quixote Studios in Los Angeles gave attendees an opportunity to sample exciting new beauty products and party with emerging stars of television and the big screen.

The day started with a master class with Shiseido Global Color Artist, Patrick Ta. Working with model and Kylie Jenner bestie Jordyn Woods as his subject, Ta expertly employed the new Shiseido makeup line to create a one of a kind look, featuring Inner Glow Cheek Powder, Aura Dew, Modern Matte Powder Lipstick and Visionary Gel Lipstick.

Later, everyone had a chance to try the new Shiseido offerings for themselves. The unique take on four textures (gels, inks, powders, and dews) intrigued and delighted the assembled guests, including celebs, social media influencers, and makeup mavens such as Gigi Gorgeous (gigigorgeous), Jen Chae (fromheadtotoe), Brittany Barragan (brittanybearmakeup) and LaLa Milan (lalamilan).

Following the master class, it was time to celebrate. Hollywood’s next generation of trendsetters came out in force for the cocktail event. Rumer Willis (Once Upon a Day), Leven Rambin (Gone), Patrick Starr (patrickstarrr), Jordyn Woods (Life of Kylie), Patrick Starr (America’s Next Top Model), AnnaLynne McCord (Tone Deaf) and Lauren Bushnell (The Bachelor), Charlotte McKinney (MacGyver), enjoyed libations and a private musical performance from singer-songwriter BANKS.

The new product line from Shiseido Company, Limited further contributes to the Japanese based multinational’s reputation as a leader and innovator in cosmetics, skin care, hair care, and fragrances. Founded over 140 years ago, Shiseido has grown to become one of the largest cosmetics companies in the world. Shiseido is exclusively available at the cosmetics counters of select department stores and pharmacies.
