Get Ready for Buffet-Style Brunch at Wilshire Restaurant in Santa Monica Beginning Easter Sunday

Wilshire Restaurant and Chef Nyesha Arrington launch the first Sunday Brunch of many, beginning on Easter Sunday March 31, 2013. The brunch will be offered to customers from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. A make-your-own omelette bar, an unlimited amount of mimosas and bloody marys and a buffet-style assortment of delicious pastries, desserts, salads and appetizers will be provided for all guests.

The restaurant will host the brunch in its award-winning patio area and prepared by Chef Nyesha Arrington. Nyesha is the Executive Chef of this Santa Monica hotspot and a favorite chef on the hit BravoTV show “Top Chef” Season 9.

The menu is composed of a variety of tasty items that guests can choose from. The buffet selection will include: chilled heirloom tomato gazpacho, antipasto platter, seasonal market fruits and berries, field greens with beets, hazelnuts and feta, roasted red pepper, Burrata and arugula with aged balsamic, and La Brea Bakery granola with yogurt.

Guests will also be given the opportunity to try the restaurant’s A La Carte menu that includes steak and eggs, lobster omelet with tarragon crème fraiche and caviar, goat cheese and spinach frittata with fontina, french toast with mascarpone whipped cream and market berries, grilled chicken club sandwich with avocado and applewood smoked bacon and kennebec fries.

To finish off brunch, guests can choose from the restaurant’s signature dessert buffet, which includes fruit tarts, mini cupcakes, coconut and caramel flan and over-sized cookies.

The cost of brunch is $35 for adults and $25 for children 12 years of age and younger. Tax and gratuity are not included in the price. Each guest will also be given the option to purchase from the A La Carte menu and the endless mimosa and Bloody Mary bar for an addition charge of $15.

Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is offered Monday through Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to close. The bar opens for beverage service Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m., while a Happy Hour Bar Menu is served Monday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday Patio Brunch will now be offered starting Sunday March 31, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
