Thanksgiving is almost here. Why not let someone else do the cooking this year? Bouchon Bistro and Bakery in Beverly Hills is ready to do cooking for you this Thanksgiving and help set your holiday table with an assortment of holiday sides, desserts, and even the main attraction – a perfectly plump turkey. Your kitchen will smell just like you’ve been in there for hours working on the meal without all the fuss and mess with Bouchon’s to-go Thanksgiving meals.
Preordering Thanksgiving meals ‘To Go’ starts now until November 15th. A well-seasoned Diestel Farms Turkey (free range, grain fed and hormone free) is primed and almost oven ready after soaking in a marinade for twelve hours in succulent lemon and herb brine overnight and then stuffed with diced carrots, celery and onion in classic fashion ($80/serves 6, $115/serves 12, $150/ serves 18).
While your turkey cooks, prepare to ‘dress’ it with Bouchon’s Stuffing Kit ($12.00). Included in this do-it-yourself and easy to make kit are fresh-baked croutons from Bouchon’s in-house bakery, seasoning packet with dried herbs and spices (garlic powder, onion powder, sage and celery salt), toasted pecans and sweet dried cranberries. Bouchon recommends also adding a little diced onion, celery, seasonal spices, butter and apples for the perfect stuffing.
An assortment of classic sides are on the to-go menu as well to round out your Thanksgiving feast. Mac & Cheese ($16.00), made with elbow noodles, Momay sauces, Comte cheese and Panko Bread Crumbs is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face. The Green Bean Casserole ($16.00), a holiday classic, is served up using bite-sized green beans and a delicious mushroom veloute topped with fried shallots for a flavorful crunch Roasted Sweet Potatoes ($16.00), are also a side to be thankful for, peeled and cooked with butter and maple syrup and then sautéed with parsley. Portion sizes for all side dishes are for approximately 6 people.
Now on to everyone’s favorite – dessert! Bouchon offers a variety of ways to satisfy your sweet tooth with Pumpkin Cupcakes modeled after miniature pumpkins ($8.00 each), Pumpkin Shortbread Cookies ($6.00/package of two), and traditional Pumpkin Pie ($28.00). Additional pies offered include Pecan Pie and a classic Apple Pie (Both $28.00).
For those want to spice up traditional Thanksgiving desserts, Cranberry and Pumpkin Spice Macarons ($2.50/small, $3.50/large) or the TKO Turkeys ($3.50 each), are available. TKO Turkeys are Oreo cookies shaped like turkeys, the perfect bite size treat.
Pre-order for Bouchon’s Thanksgiving turkey and all side items is going on now through the 15th, with pick up available November 19th through the 21st. Baked goods are available for purchase November 12th through the 22nd. All items can be ordered and picked up from Bouchon Bakery.
