Children can stretch, pose and meditate with Yoga Angels at “For Kids Only” at The Sports Club/LA, the most luxurious sports and fitness complex in the world.  Yoga Angels teaches, inspires, and empowers children and families through the art and philosophy of yoga.  Yoga Angels is unique as it is one of the only programs to adapt and expand upon the BKS Iyengar method for children’s yoga.

The Sports Club/LA “For Kids Only” offers the following weekly classes: Tuesdays at 11:45 a.m. for ages 2 ½ to 4; Wednesdays at 3:45 p.m.; Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. for moms and children and at 3:30 p.m. for ages 5 to 10; Saturdays at 1:30 and Sundays at 11:30 a.m.  The Sports Club/LA members receive a preferred rate of $120 and non-members are $144 for an 8-week session.
