Give Your Feet an Ergonomic Treat with Tsubo Shoes
Footwear generally falls into one of two categories- stylish and painful or comfortable and ugly. There are but a few exceptions and Tsubo rates high among them. Their trendy styles come in hip colors and have oval bubble lined soles that align with various pressure points along the foot for your ergonomic delight. British designer Nick O’Rorke spent seven years designing for Reebok and brought his comfort driven philosophy to Tsubo, partnering with Patrick McNulty. Tsubo is Japanese for pressure point. The brand mixes elements of athletic style and street looks to create a chic and functional line of shoes with both superior design and functionality.
The Spring/Summer 2007 collection features unique color combos like lime and beige, pink and coral, cream and blood orange. Of course if you prefer to keep it simple there are plentiful options in ever-fashionable solid black.
Tsubo is sold worldwide, with stores in the US, UK, Canada, France, Belgium, Holland, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea. Los Angeles retailers include Bertini in Santa Monica, Fred Segal Feet on Melrose and JGB shoes on Abbot Kinney.
