Taking over the rooftop patio of the iconic Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, the luxury celebrity gifting suite brought together an eclectic collection of fashion, beauty, skincare, wellness, food, wine, technology and lifestyle brands, all set against the Southern California skyline just two days before television’s biggest night.

Secret Room Events was one of the early names helping shape Hollywood’s celebrity gifting-suite phenomenon when the company launched in 2005, long before gifting suites evolved into an awards-season ecosystem of their own.

More than two decades later, Secret Room continues that tradition by bringing entertainment talent and media together with an ever-changing mix of emerging and established brands, keeping product discovery at the heart of the experience.

And this was not simply a room filled with gift bags.

The appeal of a good gifting lounge has always been discovery. Guests actually meet the people behind the products, experience brands they may never have encountered otherwise and occasionally stumble across something that becomes a genuine favorite. For media, it is also a chance to find interesting companies and products before everybody else is talking about them.

A Rooftop Awards-Season Hangout

Set against the Los Angeles skyline, the Petersen rooftop gave the event a distinctly Southern California backdrop as nominees, select talent and media moved through a lineup spanning skincare, fashion, jewelry, food, beverages, wellness, sports, technology and lifestyle.

SKÖN Beautifully Strong joined Secret Room Events as a co-sponsor, while BAYE London gifted swim and resortwear to guests. Broken Trust Cellars kept glasses filled throughout the event with its decidedly irreverent collection of wines.

Then there was the actual Style Lounge, and Secret Room assembled the kind of wonderfully eclectic roster that has always made these events interesting. Beauty sat next to streetwear, wine next to tennis, crystals next to technology, and there was plenty to eat along the way.

SKÖN Beautifully Strong

SKÖN Beautifully Strong gave clean beauty a science-minded spin. The award-winning skincare company creates vegan, science-backed formulations using clinically studied ingredients, with products including its Collagen Marine Moisturizing Cream, Matrixyl 3000 Age Reversal Serum, Hyaluronic Acid Facial Cleanser and 24K Golden Eye Patches. The philosophy is equally appealing: SKÖN isn’t built around the idea that beauty needs to be “fixed,” but rather around caring for the skin someone already has. It brought some genuine skincare substance to the afternoon.

B’Luxe Clothing Boutique

B’Luxe Clothing Boutique brought women’s fashion to the Style Lounge with clothing and accessories made for those who don’t mind getting noticed. Its collections include dresses, jumpsuits, denim, sets, tops and accessories, with plenty of embellishment, statement details and camera-friendly pieces. The boutique’s presence gave the suite another fashion stop alongside BAYE London, Hale Sky and H.O.T.S.

Leavened Goods by The Leavened Box

Leavened Goods by The Leavened Box brought some serious sourdough to the Style Lounge. The artisan bakery creates naturally leavened breads using organic ingredients and a slow fermentation process, with everything from classic and gluten-free sourdough to decidedly less traditional creations like Double Chocolate Chip Espresso. There are savory varieties, seasonal loaves, sourdough sandwich bread and beautifully assembled multi-loaf gift boxes as well. Each loaf is baked fresh to order, with the company’s process involving approximately 36 hours of fermentation and baking. This is definitely not the obligatory loaf somebody grabbed at the supermarket.

Japanese Head Spa Co

Japanese Head Spa Co brought one of beauty and wellness’s most talked-about rituals into the mix. Japanese-inspired head-spa treatments put the focus on scalp care, hair and relaxation, transforming what used to be an overlooked part of a beauty routine into an experience of its own. Its inclusion made sense in a suite where wellness was every bit as prominent as traditional beauty.

The Deweffect

The Deweffect brought targeted skincare designed for people who want results without turning their bathroom counter into a laboratory. Founder April Boerger developed the brand after years of experience around skincare and dermatology. Its Eye Balm was formulated to address dryness, fine lines, puffiness and tired-looking eyes with ingredients including peptides, glycerin and hyaluronic acid. The company’s uncomplicated approach offered a refreshing alternative to increasingly elaborate skincare routines.

Posh Pixie Handmade

Posh Pixie Handmade brought personality to personalized gifting. Created by Gina Sartor, the independent brand produces customized apparel, ornaments, keepsakes, home pieces and humorous designs centered around celebrations, families, pets and everyday life. In a room filled with polished beauty and fashion products, the handmade element added something more personal.

Crush Sports

Crush Sports brought pickleball to the Secret Room lineup with its CRUSH collection of performance paddles, balls, bags, grips, protective eyewear and athletic apparel. The company puts particular emphasis on paddle construction and durability, drawing on more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. Its lineup includes Freestyle Force, Covert, BLK Pro and RQT paddles along with court apparel and accessories. With pickleball continuing to blur the line between sport and social lifestyle, CRUSH fit right into the afternoon.

Beverly Hills Tennis Academy

Not every gift had to fit inside a bag. Beverly Hills Tennis Academy gifted private tennis lessons, adding an experience to the afternoon’s collection of products. The academy offers private, semi-private, group and family instruction in Santa Monica for players ranging from beginners to advanced levels. After an afternoon of treats, skincare and wine, a little court time may have been one of the more practical gifts in the room.

POM DROPS LLC®

POM DROPS LLC® has taken one of grooming’s messier products and given it an unexpectedly clever makeover. Its hair-styling clay comes in individually portioned pellets rather than the traditional jar. A single portion can be warmed in the hands and worked through the hair, eliminating the usual digging into a container and helping control the amount of product used. It was one of those simple ideas at the suite that made people wonder why styling clay wasn’t packaged that way in the first place.

SHAKEitCOOL

SHAKEitCOOL brought cooling towels designed for workouts, travel, sports and hot-weather adventures. The company’s evaporative cooling fabric is activated with water and a shake, helping pull heat away as moisture evaporates. Lightweight, breathable and quick-drying, the products include traditional cooling towels and larger cooling shawls. At an outdoor rooftop event in Southern California, the concept hardly required a sales pitch.

Kenna’s Crystals

Kenna’s Crystals supplied the sparkle of a different kind. The company specializes in crystals and mineral pieces ranging from raw specimens and smaller stones to spheres, palm stones, carvings and statement pieces. Whether guests approached them as spiritual objects, collectibles, décor or simply beautiful creations from nature, the crystals added another dimension to the suite’s strong wellness component.

Souk & Wanderlust

Souk & Wanderlust brought a global sensibility to the rooftop with handcrafted goods sourced from artisans and makers around the world. Its offerings span handbags, jewelry, clothing, baskets, home goods and accessories, with an emphasis on traditional craftsmanship, ethical production and pieces that feel discovered rather than mass-produced. It was a natural fit for an event built around finding something new.

BAYE London

BAYE London brought serious vacation energy to awards season and gifted its swim and resortwear to guests. The female-founded label creates elevated pieces designed to move beyond the pool, with flattering silhouettes, distinctive prints and premium fabrics. Founded by South African-born designer Kerry Sykes, BAYE grew out of her experience in lingerie and swimwear design and her desire to make swimwear that combines fit with fashion.

Broken Trust Cellars

Broken Trust Cellars may have had the funniest branding on the rooftop. The wine company turned relationship disasters into bottle-worthy comedy with labels including Paternity Test Pinot Noir, Retainer Fee Rosé, Full Custody Cabernet and Movin’ On Merlot. Created around the universal experience of heartbreak, endings and moving forward, the brand managed to make emotional baggage surprisingly drinkable. Broken Trust poured its wines for guests and media throughout the event.

Dr. Lori Integrative Medicine

Dr. Lori Integrative Medicine represented the integrative-health side of the Style Lounge. Its inclusion reflected how dramatically celebrity gifting has broadened over the years. Wellness and whole-person approaches now sit comfortably beside skincare, fashion and food at lifestyle events, giving guests access not just to products but to new approaches to health and self-care.

Punaballoo

Punaballoo was there for anyone with a weakness for a gloriously unapologetic pun. Artist Angela Sheehan creates the brand’s colorful hand-drawn illustrations and visual wordplay, which appear on T-shirts, stickers, magnets, coloring books and gifts. In an industry that can occasionally take itself much too seriously, Punaballoo supplied some welcome silliness.

Hale Sky

Hale Sky showed how much harder a handbag can work. Founder Tamara Hale created the brand around versatile leather bags designed to transition between tote, briefcase and backpack using a concealed strap system. Made in New York City, the bags marry polished styling with real-world functionality for work, travel and everyday life. It was fashion solving a practical problem without looking like it was trying too hard.

Lunette

Lunette is known for reusable menstrual cups and intimate-care products designed around a reusable alternative to disposable period products. The Finnish-founded brand has helped bring menstrual cups further into the mainstream conversation around personal care and sustainability. At Secret Room, Lunette also had one of the day’s most visible roles: honored guests left carrying giant Lunette bags packed with another entire collection of gifts.

Ohhh So Swag

Ohhh So Swag brought original graphics and statement-driven fashion to the event. The brand works across streetwear, casual clothing, bags, travel accessories and lifestyle pieces, frequently using bold graphics, color and phrases as part of the design. Its emphasis on self-expression rather than simply following trends fit the playful side of the Secret Room experience.

Evoke Immersive Technologies

Evoke Immersive Technologies brought the digital world into a lounge dominated by tangible products. The technology company works across artificial intelligence, automation, software development and immersive experiences, including 3D, augmented reality and virtual reality. It provided a decidedly futuristic counterpoint to the afternoon’s clothes, wine, skincare and food.

Heart Of The Streets H.O.T.S Clothing

Heart Of The Streets H.O.T.S Clothing brought streetwear into the Secret Room fashion mix. H.O.T.S. Heart of the Streets is a registered clothing brand whose apparel category includes hats, jackets, shirts, shorts, sweatpants, sweatshirts, athletic shirts, athletic shorts, fleece pieces, hoodies, polos and T-shirts. The brand’s street-inspired identity felt especially at home against the Petersen’s dramatic Los Angeles backdrop.

Posh Pixie Moments

Posh Pixie Moments extended the personalized world surrounding Posh Pixie Handmade, bringing the same emphasis on customized, occasion-driven creations and memorable details to the suite. Instead of anonymous promotional merchandise, the Posh Pixie concept revolves around making gifts feel personal, playful and specific to the recipient or occasion.

KORBLE Smart Greeting Cards

KORBLE Smart Greeting Cards gave the traditional greeting card a clever digital upgrade. KORBLE cards use NFC technology to connect the physical card to a personalized video message. The recipient simply taps a compatible smartphone to the card to view the video through a browser, without downloading an app. It kept the tactile appeal of giving someone an actual card while adding a decidedly modern surprise.

And Then There Was the Lunette Bag

Just when guests thought they had seen everything, they left with an oversized Lunette bag filled with another round of products spanning skincare, fragrance, pet health, food, coffee, jewelry, toys, self-care and more.

Cascade Skincare

Cascade Skincare brought another beauty component to the take-home collection with skincare centered around hydration and daily skin health. The brand’s products gave recipients something they could actually incorporate into a routine after the red carpet and gifting-suite activity had ended.

Epic Pet Health

The humans weren’t the only ones who received something. Epic Pet Health creates wellness products for dogs, cats and horses, including electrolyte-based supplements designed for easy addition to an animal’s everyday routine. The company’s inclusion made pets part of the Secret Room haul and added another practical category to an already unusually diverse bag.

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa supplied the getaway factor. Located in Cabazon, California, the Southern California resort combines hotel accommodations with gaming, dining, entertainment, pools, spa and wellness experiences. After awards-season schedules, red carpets and endless Los Angeles traffic, a resort escape less than two hours from the city was an appealing addition to the bag.

Wildflower Glow MTK Mocktails

Wildflower Glow MTK Mocktails brought alcohol-free cocktails into the gift collection, joining the rapidly expanding mocktail movement. The category has moved well beyond soda water and garnish, with modern mocktails emphasizing layered flavors, presentation and the social ritual of having a proper drink without alcohol. It gave the beverage portion of the bag a nonalcoholic counterpart to Broken Trust Cellars.

Merch Madness Group

Merch Madness Group specializes in branded merchandise, custom promotional products and corporate gifting. In a gifting-suite environment, where packaging and presentation can matter almost as much as what is inside, the company represented the business behind creating merchandise that people might actually want to keep rather than another disposable logo giveaway.

Hygia’s Blue

Hygia’s Blue brought holistic beauty into the gift bag. Founded by Alexandra M. Boeira, the company combines skincare, botanicals, aromatherapy and self-care with clean, vegan and sustainably minded formulations. Named for Hygia, the Greek goddess associated with health and well-being, the brand sits naturally at the increasingly blurred intersection of beauty and wellness.

AromaPier Inc.

AromaPier Inc. supplied fragrance and beauty. The retailer carries authentic name-brand perfumes and colognes along with cosmetics, skincare, bath-and-body products and accessories. With fragrance once again becoming a major form of personal expression, AromaPier gave recipients an opportunity to explore scent alongside the suite’s considerable skincare and fashion offerings.

Southern Recipe Small Batch

Southern Recipe Small Batch brought the crunch with its modern take on pork rinds. The company offers boldly seasoned varieties including Hot Honey, Spicy Dill, Sea Salt & Black Pepper, Hatch Chile and Pineapple Ancho Chile. The protein-rich snack offered a salty counterpoint to the sweeter treats in the gifting mix and was exactly the kind of thing likely to get opened before the bag ever made it home.

Noir & Nova

Noir & Nova added jewelry and accessories to the Secret Room haul. Its collections include chains, charms, hoop earrings, bracelets, gemstone jewelry, rings, handcrafted pieces and statement accessories, with an emphasis on pieces intended to project individuality and confidence. With beauty, resortwear and streetwear already well represented, jewelry completed another part of the style equation.

Bactose

Bactose brought a very specific wellness product into the bag: a probiotic dietary supplement developed for dairy consumers. Rather than being a lactase enzyme pill taken with individual meals, Bactose contains Lactobacillus acidophilus and is used as a seven-day routine that can be repeated monthly. It was one of the more unusual wellness discoveries in the collection and a good example of how far celebrity gifting has expanded beyond traditional beauty swag.

Verity Collectives

Verity Collectives brought self-care home with candles, body products, essential-oil diffusers, wax melts and spa-inspired gifts. Working with artisanal and small-batch products, the company approaches fragrance and personal care as part of creating a calmer everyday environment. It was another example of the suite’s noticeable move toward gifts people can incorporate into daily rituals.

LA Reunion Jewelry

LA Reunion Jewelry supplied more sparkle to the take-home collection with jewelry and accessories. Jewelry has always been a natural fit for Hollywood gifting because unlike some promotional products, a good piece can go straight from the gift bag into someone’s wardrobe. It gave the bag another fashion component alongside the clothing, handbags and beauty products.

Hair Creations and Skin

Hair Creations and Skin represented both haircare and skincare in the gift collection, two categories that remain perennial favorites at celebrity gifting events. Products that can move directly into someone’s beauty routine tend to have a life long after an event ends, making hair and skin products some of the most useful items to discover in a bag like this.

Ollyball

Ollyball may have been the gift parents were happiest to discover. Invented by Joe Burke, the lightweight indoor play ball was designed to let kids play ball inside while reducing the risk to walls, windows and furniture. The patented concept won a Toy Association Toy of the Year Award, turning the familiar command “don’t play ball in the house” on its head. It was easily one of the more ingenious surprises in the bag.

Siesta Key Coffee Company

Siesta Key Coffee Company supplied perhaps the most universally useful awards-season gift of all: coffee. The company focuses on specialty-grade coffee roasted fresh to order, with traditional roasts alongside flavored options including Turtle Coffee and Salted Caramel. Skincare may be glamorous, but caffeine has rescued more mornings.

SLAPP

SLAPP was another brand represented in the oversized Lunette gift bag. Rather than assign the name to one of several unrelated companies using SLAPP online, its inclusion is best identified exactly as Secret Room presented it until the participating company provides its direct official link and product information.

Hormbles Chormbles

Hormbles Chormbles had an absurdly memorable name and a surprisingly straightforward proposition: protein candy without the usual sugar hit. Its candy bars contain 10 grams of protein and zero grams of sugar, with varieties including Salted Fudge, Milk Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Peanut Caramel Nougat. This was functional food refusing to behave like functional food, which probably explains why people remember the name.

Eyetitude

Eyetitude represented the eye-care side of the beauty collection. The brand was included among the products Secret Room selected for its Lunette gift bag, adding another targeted beauty item to a haul already strong in skincare, personal care and wellness.

Nichols Farms

Nichols Farms brought California-grown snacking into the mix. The family farming company is known particularly for pistachios and almonds, making it a practical counterpoint to some of the more extravagant gifts in the bag. Nuts also have one major advantage over many celebrity gifts: they tend to disappear long before the recipient has finished unpacking everything else.

MIZU LAB

MIZU LAB was included among Secret Room’s Lunette bag participants, adding another emerging name to the take-home collection. Because multiple unrelated businesses operate under variations of MIZU and MIZU LAB online, the brand is identified here as it appeared in Secret Room’s official participant roster rather than linking readers to a company that may not be the actual gifting partner.

Granola Guru

Granola Guru took care of the crunchy snack department. The company was included in Secret Room’s official gifting roster with its Granola Guru Snacks website, adding granola to a food lineup that ranged from artisan sourdough and pork rinds to nuts, coffee and protein candy. It was another grab-and-go addition recipients could actually eat rather than simply admire.

KingBugagu

KingBugagu rounded out the Secret Room gift-bag roster as one of the event’s emerging discovery brands. Secret Room identified KingBugagu by name in its official lineup, but a definitive official company site and product catalog were not publicly identifiable under that exact name, so it is presented here without attaching the company to an unrelated online business.

Why Secret Room Still Works

That sheer variety was part of Secret Room’s staying power.

One minute someone was talking skincare, the next it was wine, tennis, resortwear, pickleball, protein candy, crystals, handbags, smart greeting cards or an indoor ball invented because somebody’s kid wanted to play inside the house.

It was polished without becoming overly precious, and there was always the possibility of finding something nobody walked in expecting to love.

For those who covered Los Angeles awards season before gifting lounges became ubiquitous, Secret Room is one of the familiar names. The landscape has changed, the brands have changed and the definition of lifestyle has become considerably broader, but the basic appeal remains intact: put interesting people and interesting products together and see what happens.
