Frozen Fantasy in the Desert: Inside Las Vegas’ Minus5º ICEBAR Experience

Cash for your car

In a city known for its heat, where triple-digit temperatures are the norm, Minus5º ICEBAR offers one of the coolest escapes – literally. As the premier ice attraction in the United States, Minus5º ICEBAR sets the standard with three immersive locations across the Las Vegas Strip: inside the Shoppes at Mandalay Place, the LINQ Promenade, and the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian. This immersive, frozen attraction has become a staple for locals, tourists, families and event planners alike.

The Premium Ice Experience

Minus5º ICEBAR is more than just a bar – it’s a frozen art gallery and multi-sensory adventure. Guests step from Las Vegas heat into a frosty -5°C (23°F) environment, where colorful LED lights and upbeat music enhance the vibe. Inside, everything is crafted from over 90 tons of ice: every chair, table, wall and even the cocktail glasses are sculpted for the experience – and the attention to detail makes every corner Instagram-worthy, making each visit distinct and memorable.

Minus5º ICEBAR Experience
All sculptures are carved from pristine, crystal-clear ice blocks weighing 250 pounds each. These blocks are made through a specialized freezing process that removes air bubbles, ensuring clarity and durability. Master carvers Dan “Hollywood” Rebholz and Austin Greenleaf lead the design and creation of these immersive ice worlds.

Frozen Cocktails, Cool Packages

After selecting from a variety of experience packages, guests are outfitted with insulated gloves and a cozy parka, or a faux fur coat for those looking to elevate the glam factor. Visitors can enjoy handcrafted frozen cocktails (or mocktails for kids), explore interactive themed rooms, and capture memorable moments with the help of professional photographers stationed inside.

For guests aged 21 and older, cocktails are served in signature ice glasses. The drink menu features house specialties like the Arctic Mojito, Polar Mule, and other creative concoctions, all served ice-cold. Kids’ options are also available, starting at $13, with mocktails and souvenir hats included in some packages.
