If you don’t already work out, try to make a little bit of time each day to get up and get moving. If you don’t have time in your busy schedule to work out, find little ways to include activity in your day: take the stairs, take the dog for a walk, or play with your kids. Just remember to wash your face after a heavy work out to keep your pores clear.
