Owner/Chef Luis Ulloa wanted to introduce a pizza shop that’s reminiscent of what you’d find in New York and San Francisco, to elevate the pizza experience in Los Angeles. Chef Luis Ulloa is a highly experienced executive chef, a Le Cordon Blue Paris graduate and has worked with names like Jean-Georges and Michael Mina.

With its casual, bright and colorful surroundings, bare-wood tables, a sit-down window counter for people-watching, and fun graphics on the wall, it fits in well with the trendy, edgy Melrose vibe. This fun spot makes a good place to settle in and relax with friends and sharing pizza and beers or a bottle of wine.
And if you love what you’re eating, they have a “Meatball” shop where you can purchase beef, pork, turkey, and veggie meatballs. For only $5 more you can add pasta to your meatballs for a delicious traditional add-on while dining in.
