Let’s face it – we are living in a Bacon Nation – bacon is not going away! Bacon is a “real food,” which has become a big trend. From bacon vodka to bacon ice cream, to bacon air fresheners… bacon has gone from being a breakfast staple to aspects of everyday life!

For generations, families have been waking up to the salty, sweet and smoky flavors of bacon on the skillet. Not only here, but around the world, such as Spain’s Iberico ham, Chinese lap yuk and British rashers.

With the increased popularity, we are becoming more aware of additives and heavy processing. We’re moving toward clean foods, foods and ingredients we recognize and can pronounce. Real foods.
