The founders of Karma Tequila, Britney Huinker, Devin Semler and Gary Eisenberger believe in karma, the principle where each person is rewarded or punished according to that person’s deeds in life. Upon this belief, they founded a non-profit organization in 2006 called the Kids Courage Foundation. Kids Courage is dedicated to offering hope and financial support for critically ill children and their families. The Karma Tequila cocktail creations of Jacopo Falleni

Fabio Viviani, executive chef and owner of Firenze Osteria and Fan Favorite on Top Chef Season 5, was born in Florence, Italy and began his culinary career at the age of twelve. Fabio later attended Italy’s Instituto Professionale per Servizi Alberghieri in Florence, focusing on advanced Tucson and regional cooking continues to act as a consultant to several Florentine restaurants to promote Tuscan fusion cuisine and has been a personal chef to several Italian celebrities.

Viviani recently published his first cookbook, The Café Firenze Cookbook, Food and Drink Recipes from the Tuscan Sons, with long time friend and business partner, Jacopo Falleni.
