Project Angel Food, on Saturday August 21st, hosted their annual Angel Awards gala event to recognize the efforts of individuals and businesses who contributed to the non-profit’s cause. The event raised much needed funds to deliver 13,000 meals a week to those with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life threatening diseases in Los Angeles County. One of the highlights of the evening was Academy Award Nominated Actress, Amy Adams, presenting Paramount Pictures an Angel Award.

MC Pauley Perrette

Pauley Perrette, actress, board member, and event chair led the sold out gala’s festivities. Project Angel Food kicked off the evening with cocktails and a stellar silent auction with music provided by Kevin Posey. The dinner program began with a musical performance by Euriamis Losada “EL” and Brian Kinler as people enjoyed their dinner that was cooked by Project Angel Food volunteers and chefs.
