Seems like every time we turn around, our taxes are being raised here in sunny California. The merchants on Montana Avenue have decided it’s about time you got a break, so on Saturday April 10th, they are joining together to offer “Tax-Free Day” – a day of shopping along one of Santa Monica’s premier retail destinations. More than 60 stores will be participating in the event, featuring everything from stylish men’s & women’s fashion and jewelry, to one-of-a-kind home accessories and gifts.
“This is the 8th year that we’ve been doing the Montana Avenue Tax-Free Day,” said Mark Wain, Chairman, Montana Avenue Merchants Association, “and we’re thrilled to have more stores than ever participating.” Stores taking part in Montana Avenue Tax-Free Day include:
