On Thursday, Feb 4, 2010, fans of Iron Chef Kerry Simon will have the chance to dine with the Rock n’ Roll chef himself at SimonLA Restaurant at the Sofitel Hotel Los Angeles. (Check out our article on Kerry Simon and SimonLA here)
Join him for a most unique dining experience, which will begin with a Learn About Wine class on SimonLA’s enclosed patio. Kerry will demonstrate his seared Tuna accompanied by red wine pairings from the attending winemakers.

Following the class and throughout the evening, guests will join Chef Kerry and dine with the Rock n’ Roll chef himself in the SimonLA dining room.
The menu will include Mini Tuna Sliders, Ahi Tuna Crudo and Pan Seared Ahi Tuna and Grand Marnier Soufflé for dessert (see menu attached or visit www.simonlarestaurant.com) .
The cost of the dinner will be $60 per person (not including tax & gratuity). Wines from the vintners presenting at the Learn About Wine class will be available to order at the dinner.
