Distinctive Assets, credited for launching the craze of over-the-top celebrity swag at the biggest award shows did it again, with their 6th Annual TV Land Awards Talent Gift Lounge. J. Gatsby Events set the mood by designing the lounge that took place backstage at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. They provided both fun and fashionable gifts for Presenters, Performers, and Honorees of the 6th Annual TV Land Awards.
The TV Land Awards is unique from any other in that they salute Classic TV stars whose shows have endured the test of time. Awards were presented to some of television’s legendary series and stars. Stars included Kathy Griffin (Bravo’s My Life on the D-List), Lance Bass, Samuel L. Jackson, Oscar Nunez (The Office), Jan Carl, Henry Winkler, Teri Hatcher, Meredith Monroe, Angela Kinsey (The Office), Dawn Wells (Gilligan’s Island), Jodie Sweetin (Full House), Penny Marshall, Barry Williams, Alison Arngrim (Little House on the Prarie), Rosanne Barr, Dick Van Dyke, and William Shatner.
For the duration of the two-hour telecast, TV Land featured dozens of TV’s favorite TV performers from past and present. To top it off, TV Land also presented show parodies, musical tributes, and even reunions of TV’s most iconic casts from our most beloved shows.
Stars from the classics were there to get their share of pampering. In the day of these nostalgic shows, there weren’t such things as gifting suites. Travis Hedemann wowed stars with his Young at Heart Art Collection. Angela Kinsey loved it and picked up a postcard to check out the new paintings they have. Samuel L. Dawn Wells even said that she thinks Young At Heart Art would be perfect for the Idaho Film Festival art.
