Shadow Sky, the creator of Hu Energy, took time out to answer some questions about his designs and inspiration.
LA’s The Place: OK Shadow, let’s start. Our readers are eager to know what is cooking under your “hood”?
SHADOW SKY: OK, shoot!
LATP: Who are you and what are you?
SK: I am a philosopher, an energy jewelry designer, composer, and musician and music producer, in short an Artist. I create; I bring ideas and emotions to life. My name Shadow Sky implies the nature of my artistry – a creator who embraces the Light and the Darkness and unite them through Compassion. My Artist’s name is a representation of what I do. As an enlightened spiritual being I’m playing the Game of Integration of Polarities and in order to do that I position my self in the demarcation zone between Yin and Yang. You can see the letter S in this zone between Yin and Yang in the Yin Yang symbol. That’s where the “Shadow” resides. “Sky” is for Heavens or 13 Dimensions, levels of vibrations or relative solidity of Creation. I’m converting the Darkness into Light and as Darkness is only absence of Light, I just create more Light with my music and jewelry.
Also being a Libra, artistic, with strong sense of justice and balance, expressed in the Libra’s Scales symbol, I’m striving to achieve equilibrium in my life, by finding the middle road. This road of ‘Dao’ or ‘Tao’, is the name for ‘Way’ or ‘Path’ in Classical Chinese philosophy the main proponents of which were two great Chinese philosophers Lao Tsu and Confucius. Both of them were using the concepts of yin and yang to expresse the view that Human Dao was embedded in Tian Dao (means Sky or Natural Dao). If human life is lived in accord with the natural order of things, then human beings can fulfill their true nature. In ancient Chinese civilisation nature was not seen as a wilderness that was in need of subduing and controlling but considered the teacher from whom humanity could learn. Tao is the way of heaven, a way of natural harmony; of Truth, Beauty and Justice. So I’m calling my phylosophy ‘The Way of the Sha – Dao (sound like Shadow) or ”The Way of the Spirit’.
Hu Energy Fashion was established in Los Angeles on Sept 23rd, 2007. I’m the President and Designer of my own company. My company’s philosophy is to design, manufacture and market high quality products that incorporate environmental, social and spiritual issues to help people to become aware of their inner power.
As part of our policy we are contributing to different charities, like 1 in 8 Org, a non-profit organization that raising funds to help women with breast cancer. We contribute 20% from our sales to this organization.
LATP: How did you start creating Energy jewelry?
SK: At age of 10 I started to read Science Fiction books where I got accustomed to the Advance Technologies of extra-terrestrial civilizations. It felt very familiar to me. At age 14th I started to be interested in energies, healing, philosophies and arts. To tell you the truth; at this age I didn’
t care much about jewelry. Only later, after many years of self improvement, studies of different holistic modalities like Vibrational Medicine and Radionics, studying Quantum Theories and Cosmology, practicing different New Age Western and Eastern Schools of Thought and creating my own belief system of the ‘The way of the Sha-Dao’ I recognized the need to create tools for wellness for my self and others. Since childhood I had an attraction to music and painting. My father was singing Gypsy songs and my mother was very talented painter. At age 14 I had a job at my father’s factory doing technical drawings. I had a good eye and sense of proportions, depth and design. At age 16 I was drawing my favorite artists, like Beatles, Stones and other British invasion bands. They were my heroes.
One day a friend of mine introduced me to an energy pendant which I started to wear in order to eliminate Electromagnetic Radiation. I felt the difference but it was a very simple design and I decided to improve upon it. I started to experiment with different elements of Sacred Geometry like circles, triangles, squares and others and combining them with known spiritual symbols. The closest to my personal beliefs at the time was a symbol of Yin Yang, the Triskalion. It is also known as Wheel of Fire. It is a symbol of the dynamic motion of energy through the universe.
I decided to create a triple Yin Yang symbol without knowing it existed. I drew it on the paper and through the readings I was doing with a pendulum, using basics of Dowsing, I discovered that by adding different Sacred Geometry elements I can increase the energy output of the drawing. After some errors and trials I got very high readings and than it dawn on me that I can create any shape of jewelry, but as long as I’m using the Sacred Geometry elements, my designs will emit high subtle energy.
LATP: Why Hu Energy Fashion?
SK: It gives an instant recognition of the brand’s identity. The sound ‘Hue’ expresses the ancient name of God as it expresses itself in Nature and it also unites the Quantum Physics and Spirituality. Innovation and High Aesthetics are the key words in my designing philosophy. It is very important for me that my creations are unique, highly innovative and will enable people wearing my designs to feel great about themselves and others, knowing that “Love is the One” collection of Hu Energy Pendants delivers this special Hu Energy Formula, composed from 12 different frequencies.
As with my music, so in fashion, my goal is to create a fusion of spiritual, ethnic and unique cultural values from around the Globe and create designs that represent humanity as a collective of individuals with common goals of Peace and Prosperity.
I decided to market my Energy Jewelry through Fashion channels as it is a huge market and it embraces people of almost all ages and walks of life. Additional markets my jewelry is catering to are Yoga, New Age and Spirituality markets, which have a lot in common.
The new collection was given a name of “Love is the One” and was aimed at celebrating global rise in the Frequency of Love and the path of Compassion humanity chose to ascend to the higher levels of awareness. LATP: What do you say anyone who might be skeptical of any kind of jewelry that can enhance your p
ositive energy and make your life better?
SK: I’m not saying much; I do 3 demos that take around 60 seconds to do. I use muscle testing or Kinesiology, used usually by chiropractors to test the body’s response to different natural remedies that make the client weaker or stronger. The body has it’s own intelligence and responds immediately to any substance or radiation that influence its Subtle Energy body. I do 3 tests that you can see on the video on my website:
First test is strength or balance test. The person spreading his/her arms and lift one foot up. I’m pressing gently on one arm and watch where the person is tilting off and how long it takes.
Then I put Hu Energy pendant on him/her and repeat the test. 99.9% (some older, fragile people can’t hold balance) of people not tilting anymore and feel more grounded and stronger. This shows that any weakening external factor is being neutralized, like electro- magnetic radiation from cell phones, cell phone towers, cosmic radiation, radiation from mains, cables laid under the floor or in the walls, computers, appliances and other people negative energy. Thus the person gaining back his/her native, God’s given energy, which I call Hu Energy, or also known as Chi or Prana.
Second test is similar to the first. A person locks his hands behind his/her back and I put my fist into this ‘saddle’ and press down throwing the person off his/her balanced position. Than I put a pendant on him/her, or any other energized product being manufactured by our company, like Hu Energy Aura Mist, to which I gave a nickname "Soul Windex" or Hu Energy NanoVera Cream and press again. The person stands solid like being implanted into concrete. No tilt back. With bigger frame people I actually jump in the air and having my 210 pounds in the air for a split of the second, but person’s body doesn’t budge, stays stable and balanced. For the 3rd test I’m using dowsing L-rods to show the person how far his/her Aura or bio-field is extended. Usually it is 3-5 steps away from the body. People who do Yoga, Meditation or other Spiritual workout, have their Aura extended by 5-9 steps.
I’m going away from the person, facing him/her and start closing the distance till the L-Rods (antennas) are opened 90 degrees to the axis, which indicates 360 degrees perimeter of person’s Aura. I’m counting the steps, putting the pendant, or applying any other of our products and retest. On regular basis you can see the increase of the aura by 30%-200%.
After these 3 tests NOBODY stays skeptical as they are experiencing on their own body the immediate manifestation of how our products enhancing their Subtle Energy Bodies. The next step is the person buys the products, using it at least 10 days straight to have full benefits and to see any positive changes in his/her level of energy, sleep patterns, attitude or emotions.

LATP: Do you input current trends into your creations?
SK: Yes, I do to an extent, in the sense that trend is very important. People like things that look good because, it is acceptable and many other people like it. But more importantly is the fact the people like innovations. Everybody likes something new, unique and fresh, that is a bit different from the ordinary, which is what I strive to present in my every design. My work is usually a mix of trends and the arts, it’s classic and same time modern, always looks good regardless whether you wear them today, five or ten years from now. It always delivers this feeling of being “classical” and same time “cool”. Of course I’m using modern materials available on the market. I love the looks and touch of stainless steel, titanium, yellow and white gold.
LATP: Are you creating only one line of jewelry?
SK: Oh, no. As many people have different tastes and as shifting fashion trends do influence the Fashion and Jewelry markets I’m trying to se
e from my future customers point of view what would they like, kind of “Future is Now” viewpoint.
As an Information junky, I‘m spending on the Internet sometimes 10-12 hours a day, being connected to the Hive Mind of the humanity. I see the changes coming and seems that I can predict the general directions of where the Science, Technology and Fashion are moving. It is important to be a trendsetter than just copy the existing scene, as you always be behind.
I just finished to design the whole series of new collections, like “Dragons of Light”, “Spaceships of Love”, “Goddess in Motion”, “Gaia Rising”, “Remember the Future” and more.
Recently I also started to develop new, more affordable products like, Hu Energy stickers, Hu Energy cosmetics and Hu Energy Personal Cards. I feel that variety of useful, everyday, energetic products can help people to surround themselves with good energy and neutralize the harmful effects of the electro-smog and fear – influenced energies of other people, thus making ourselves happier and healthier.
LATP: I see you have a display of your jewelry here. Can you tell the readers about your jewelry, how it works and how it can enhance their lives?
SK: Sure, as you can see here this a presentation of “Love is one” Hu Energy Pendants collection.
I have 7 different 2 sided colored pendants for man, size 1.6 inch and 8 different different 2 sided colored 1,2 inches pendants for women. They are made out of copper, that has very good electric conductivity and they are white and yellow 14 k gold plated. All the colors are current and future chakras colors. We energized these “Love is the One” pendants, with privately labeled, 12 frequencies formula. Most people almost immediately can feel the energy, for some it takes longer as each one of us is different and unique.
Let me show how that works. I will do some basic tests on my assistant, so you will see it personally. For more scientific proof the readers can visit our website www.HuEnergyFashon.com. We have there “before and after” Aura Imaging Krilian photography of our customers and also tests done on GDV Machine that shows different parameters and plasma readings of the body.
LATP: Are the different designs only different as far as style goes or does each one assist with different emotional or physical states going on in the body?
SK: For Hu Energy Pendant I have only one design with 2 sizes. 1.6 inch for bid one (usually for men) and1.2 inch (smaller one for women). I have 15 different colors. As a pendant 2 – sided it has two different colors on each side, which gives more choice, depends on the mood of the day. As colors do have their effect on our energy and moods I chose colors that representing different Chakras. All the pendants have same 12 Higher Harmonics Frequencies Formula imprinted upon them. As this pendant also a Fashion Jewelry different colors appeal to different people. It is all about freedom of choice and variety.
All the pendants have same beneficial effect on a person and interestingly enough, as I call it Ascension Harmonizer, it does different things for different people. It harmonizes what they need to change into.
LATP: You state on your website that once you buy a pendant, new Higher Harmonics frequencies can be downloaded for free, so it always remains up-to-date. Can you explain how that would work and why it’s important?
SK: Correct. From time to time we are uploading new frequency, like upgrading a software on the computers, when we are coming up with new beneficial frequency stemming from our research. We are using Radionics to do this upgrade, sending this frequency like radio wave and it gets attached to all Hu Energy pendants in the world same time. It is the same principle bio-feedback practitioner can send healing frequencies through the distance using patient’s picture.
The pendant works well as it is but we like to keep abreast with the rapid changes that are happening on Earth, that’s why from time to time we are uploading new frequencies. We want our customers to feel their best.
LATP: Who was the greatest influence on your designing style?
SK: It is hard to say, as so many things influencing my Aesthetic Mind. . In music I can pinpoint and say these were the Beatles and Bach. So I would say Global Culture, Ancient arts, Life itself and care for people are influencing me the most nowadays.
LATP: What are the things you like to wear?
SK: My daily wear is simple and comfortable during “always summer” in LA. A T-shirt of my design, be it “Crop Circles” or other design of mine with the symbol in front and message in the back, usually black, for grounding or blue for calming, jeans and sandals (coming from the Middle East ) and jeans or shorts. When I’m going out at night to a club or event I wear a hat, shirt or T-shirt, slacks and a jacket with some color on it.
LATP: And Jewelry?
SK: Or, that would be my Hu Energy Pendants and a bracelets, also imbued with Hu Energy. As I have them in many colors it depends on the mood of that night. Colors are the best to represent moods you are in or, if you want to change your mood or attract someone in a certain mood. I wear the appropriate color, usually silver or titanium or white gold. You know, it is not a rocket science knowing the colors and how they influence people around you. It is a very useful tool. Once you know the basics, you are becoming the master of your own Magic
LATP: Perfume?
SK: No perfume. I think perfumes were created to mask the body’s odor in the passed centuries when the showers were not readily available. In modern times, I think it originated in France, as you can see it in the movie “Perfume”. If you cleanse your body periodically, drink Hu Energy Alkaline water, which distributed by my other company Hu Energy Water, eat raw foods, you will have your natural odor that will attract the right person. Using pheromones as perfume can send a wrong message and attract a wrong person. I think it is all about self-confidence and accepting yourself as you are, and that is the best attracting factor.
Anyway, modern perfumes have so many chemicals in them that they are actually lowering your perceptions and make you more num. I like to stay sharp and present. This is my natural “high” so why should I lower it.
LATP: Best beauty therapy?
SK: As a man I don’t do much of a “beauty therapy”. Usually I spray my face and hair with “Hu Energy Water”, ph 5,5 and it keeps my skin moisturized, clean and fresh and my hair darker.
I do care about what I eat and drink, as my beauty philosophy is simple – it comes from within. They say you are what you eat. I would say, you are what your input is, i.e. food, liquids, information, emotions, beauty, etc.
From time to time I have a massage or I’m going to a spa, taking sauna to sweat out toxins and to relax, and swimming, to move the body parts, as I seat a lot in the chair as a designer, musician or producer in the studio.
LATP: First thing you do in the morning?
SK: I’m sending thanks to the Source, for a new day because I think everyday I have an opportunity to take another step toward accomplishing my goals and the fact that I’m still here means that I have another chance to make a difference. Than I groom my body, eat my breakfast and take my position in my working space, starting my daily activities, be it business, music or designing.
LATP: And what is the last thing you do at night before you are closing your eyes?
SK: Sometime I watch Sci-Fi movies as I like to feel myself in my natural environment or I go briefly in my mind over the day’s activities, marking in my mind what I need to accomplish tomorrow, sending to the Source my experience of the day, as it counts on me to enrich itself with my knowledge or I’m asking for advice from my Future-Self how to solve a problem, if I have one or if I need to make an important decision, sending a packet of Love to the Source, to distribute it to others who are in need, here on Earth, or on some other distant worlds and galaxies, or dimensions. I do have causative, two-way relationships with the Infinite, trying to be in a fair exchange with it as it gives me Life Energy for free. And the last think I’m asking is to be taken on the journey to the any 11 libraries or Hall of Records existing in this Universe, so I can learn what I need as a Spirit, while my body is asleep, in order to accomplish this Lifetime goals.
LATP: What would you like to be remembered for?
SK: I would like to be remembered for my natural desire to help and heal people’s Souls. And I would like to be an inspiration to younger generation, so they will know there is a future for them, and knowing they saw me creating and believing they could do it too. I want them to become creators like me and do a lot of good and spread the love, in the spiritual sense. I want to have a lot of wealth so I would be able to open Aesthetics Schools for Peace and Music.
LATP: When you’re feeling like you’re in a negative place yourself, what’s your biggest inspiration and what do you do to ground yourself again?
SK: Usually I do nothing as I’m wearing my pendant all the time. When I see negativity, I just put additional protective white light shield around me using visualization and I confront (being there comfortably) the person or situation. If you are really stay in the Present there is nothing to fear. Usually good confront and communication helps dissolve the situation. If you have constant negative environment you can do 2 things: handle or disconnect. The easier one is to disconnect until you feel better and stronger and gain the knowledge how to handle the negativity in your environment. Than you can return, being stronger (knowledge is power) and handle it.
Surround yourself with positive energy people. You always have a choice. This universe runs on 2 things: Polarities (Love-Fear, Darkness – Light, Positive- Negative, Good -Evil) and Free Will to make our choices. So choose wisely.
