Hey, I suggest no one use Plays411 to buy tickets. We bought 2 tix for Hair last December, but then my wife got sick and we had to cancel. We received an email from them saying they’d refund the $$, but it never showed up. No one there to talk to but an answering machine, which apparently dumps all messages.
