iHome Presents A Better Way To Wake Up With The iH8 And iH4

Cash for your car

Imagine waking up to one of your favorite songs instead of the inane chatter of local dj’s.  As you have thousands of songs that you love on your iPod, why not let one of those tunes start your morning?  iHome, the #1brand in iPod accessories has now made that a possibility.  With their latest additions to their audio product line, iHome has unleashed the iH8 and iH4 as the best ways to start or end your day with the music of your choice.

The iH8 is a dual alarm clock radio that lets you wake up or fall asleep to your iPod, radio or buzzer. With removable dock inserts that fit all docking iPod models, this new iHome product even charges your iPod while in use.  It also includes a patch cord that allows users to play MP3/Cds.

One particular highlight of the iH8 is the Programmable Sleep feature. With a 120, 90, 60, 30 or 15-minute shutdown, this function gradually decreases the music volume as you drift off to sleep.  It even offers a comfortable "sleep" volume without it affecting the "wake to" or listening volume levels.

The high-fidelity stereo drivers, in specially designed Reson8 speaker chambers deliver astounding clarity, depth, and power. It also includes a Gradual Wake increase alarm volume that will gently wake you up instead of jolting you out of bed.  With a fully functioning remote control, the iH8’s sleek design compliments the look of the iPod while offering dual alarm AM/FM presets.

In addition, this system is easily accessible and user friendly.  Presetting seven different time zones, programming up to 16 radio stations and adjusting for daylight-savings takes little more than just a touch of a button. The ever-handy remote control is included for convenient use from a distance and can additionally be utilized for the radio, iPod functions and snooze button.

If space is tight and a smaller version of the 10-inch wide x 3-inch high x 6inch deep unit is required, then the iH4 is also available.  Coming in at 5 x 5 x 4 inches, this stylish space saving design offers most of the same features as the iH8 with the most notable exception being radio use.  Although you won’t be able to listen to your favorite AM or FM stations, you will be able to access the iPod tunes of your choice while waking up or hitting the sack.  The smaller version also excludes use of a remote control, and while the iH8 is offered in white, black and silver colors, the iH4 only comes in white and black.
