GBK Oscar Gift SuiteGBK Productions, known for their charity-oriented celebrity gift suites, will hold its annual Oscar Gift Suite this year at The Historic Roosevelt Hotel, directly across the street from the Kodak Theater. Once again this philanthropic company will give VIP’s access to a plethora of fabulous gifts while promoting the awareness of several influential charities, including Global Green. The suite, which will feature several “green” products, will also benefit non-profits So The World May Hear and The John Wayne Cancer Institute.

GBK will be donating 20% of its profits from their Gift Suite to the charities, as well as a gift bag worth $40,000. The unique opportunity to talk to various celebrities in attendance is an added bonus. Gavin Keilly, founder, said, "We anticipate donating over $15,000 to non-profits involved, plus additional celebrity donations."

The GBK Gift Suite (perhaps more appropriately described as a “giving suite”!) will be held for Oscar nominees and presenters on February 22nd and 23rd. This year’s Suite boasts an “eco-friendly” theme, with several products to promote environmentally conscious living. They include Helen E. Riegle Design Organic Purses, Shaklee “Get Clean” Green Cleaning products, Pure-Rest Organic Bedding, Del Forte Organic Denim, Earthly Body’s products, New Belgium Brewing Co. products, a year’s supply of Dogswell Organic Dog Treats, a year’s supply of Natural Experience Coconut Water, and a variety of products from Dietary Supplement Education Alliance.

Robert Craymer of Robert Craymer Design will be on hand to personally design for the celebrities’ homes, providing custom home design eco-friendly furniture. The Suite’s celebrity guests will also have a chance to indulge in deluxe holistic pampering services for the face, body, hands and feet from LA-based Green Bliss Eco Spa

In addition to all things green, the GBK Productions suite will offer an exclusive service to all nominees: Academy Award acceptance speech consultations with public relations expert, Howard Bragman. Bragman, founder of public relations firm BNC, and, most recently, founder/president of Fifteen Minutes PR, has written numerous Academy Award speeches and has been published on the topic in both the Los Angeles Times and Entertainment Weekly.

Because the Academy Awards’ red carpet attracts the largest singular collection of entertainment media in the world, looking fabulous is a must.  To prepare for the evening, guests will be able to schedule appointments for complementary pre-Oscars hair care services including on-site cuts and blow-outs by Aveda Hair Care; make-up applications by Jane Iredale and Bodyography Cosmetics; and beauty services by Art of Beauty and The Shave of Beverly Hills.

For those guests looking to get away during post-award season, El Dorado Spa Resorts and Azul Resorts are offering individually customized five-night stays at one of their locations, a vacation package retailing around $8,000.

Lastly, guests will take home a number of the newest tech gadgets, health procedures, elite fashion accessories, and spa products on the market. These include eye surgery from Dr. Glen Kawesch; a $2,500 certificate to Dr. Dan Taheri Laser Center; Gevril Watches; Lifepop Built- In Stereo Pet Carrier; EZ Gear IPOD Easywake Alarm Clock; Pure Color Jeans; Medi Rub Foot and Body Massager; Gadget Universe Steinhouse Watches; iPlatform FLS Exercise Training Machines; Indulge Leather Goods; La Tee Da Scented Candles; a year’s supply of Vojo Energy Mints; and Life Coaching Sessions by Laura Fenamore3Lab will provide guests with skin care products and Barbar is donating $500 in hair products, including hair dryers and curling irons.  Other gifts include custom made men’s sport shirts from Glenn Laiken for Alandales; 60’s inspired day dresses from Heidi Merrick; YogaToes to relax, revive and condition your feet; and Scene It DVD Games.
