Red carpet style came easy when the Secret Room revealed their pre-Oscar Style Gifting Lounge at the elegant SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. The ultra-exclusive gift suite, benefiting the Downtown Womens Center of Los Angeles, was open to celebrities, select media and other VIPs. A-Listers received fabulous swag, viewed new products, mingled and sampled refreshments from Robert Mondavi Winery, Mona Vie, One Coconut Water, Sugar and Spice Cakes, Glee Gum, Pop Chips and Flamous Falafel. For fun, celeb guests took home unique 3D souvenir photos of themselves in goofy poses on fun backgrounds from Get Flipped. Celebrities Support Womens Center Despite their busy schedules, celebrities turned up at the gifting suite to help raise funds for the Downtown Womens Center (www.dwcweb.org), a day center and permanent supportive residence that provides 2,000 homeless and very low income women each year with basic resources such as housing, and health care. The DWC community allows homeless women to reclaim their sense of self and find goals lost in their daily struggle for survival.
