Sometimes you wonder if it is possible for celebrities to really have it all, looks, brains and talent. Usually people assume they have a combination of two and perhaps the third is created superficially… Not the case with multi-talented pop singer, songwriter, actress, and dancer Montana Tucker. This little lady is set to release her new single called “Turn It Up” featuring rap superstar Flo Rida. Written by Montana Tucker, Grammy–winning singer/songwriter Betty Wright (Joss Stone, Danity Kane, Beyonce Knowles) and Flo Rida, the energetically upbeat hip hop track was produced by the Diaz Brothers (Pitbull, DJ Khaled, Daddy Yankee).
A native Floridian, she’s dodging two homes between Boca Raton and Burbank at the moment. At a mere 15 years of age, Montana’s TV experience can be what you’d see on a resume of a 20-something actress. From starring in the national PBS children’s show “E-Venture Kids” with co-star Mathew Underwood of Nickelodeon’s “Zoey 101” to other shows like “The Ally and Jack Show,” “Inside Edition,” MTV’s “Newlyweds The Nick and Jessica Show” and several Telemundo shows including “The Roof” and” Que Pasa USA,” this is one face you’ve likely seen before.
Montana shares, “My music career began dancing backup for Ashanti and Ashley Simpson,” but she says she is often recognized for appearing with Mr.’Most-Wanted’ Chris Brown on MTV’s "My Super 18”, where she performed for his birthday party at Jay Z’s hot Club 40/40. Her impressive past doesn’t even end there… she was one of the featured artists at the 2007 Super Bowl’s VIP NFL party, and opened for Ciara, Omarion, Pit Bull, Fabolous and Lil Wayne. As great as her accomplishments have been in the past, you can also hear Montana on the soundtrack for the movie “Step Up 2 . . . The Streets” with her addicting hit single “Ain’t No Stressin”.
Rumor has it, this gorgeous teen is in talks to sign with a label but it’s pretty hush, hush. We should all know soon enough—after all, a single with Flo Rida is bound to blow you up!
