There are two places called “El Cerrito” in California. One is a city in Contra Costa County, across the bay from San Francisco. The other is an unincorporated area in Riverside County in southern California. The Cerrito Theater is in the Bay Area city. I assume the auto auction is in Riverside, although I haven’t been able to verify this with a web search. It’s true that the city used to be known as “Rust” (it was founded by William Rust), but I have never heard that it was ever called “County Line.”
