SLASH New Live Album and Concert Film Live at the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival

Captured at the Mission Ballroom in Denver on July 17, 2024, the release showcases Slash and his Blues Ball band at the height of their powers during the inaugural S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival in 2024.

The announcement comes with the release of the first single, Oh Well (Live), Slash’s fiery reimagining of the Fleetwood Mac classic. Stream it here, and watch the official video here.

The track honors Peter Green’s blues roots while igniting with Slash’s unmistakable guitar firepower, bringing a timeless song to life with blistering intensity.

Slash’s Blues Ball, Teddy “ZigZag” Andreadis (keyboards, harmonica, vocals), Tash Neal (rhythm guitar, vocals), Johnny Griparic (bass, backing vocals), and Michael Jerome (drums), deliver the blues in its rawest form: loud, live, and unapologetic. Their set pays tribute to Bukka White, Howlin’ Wolf, Booker T. & the MG’s, Freddie King, The Temptations, T-Bone Walker, Hoyt Axton, Robert Johnson, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Bob Dylan, Elmore James, and more.

The inaugural S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival, Solidarity, Engagement, Restore, Peace, Equality N’ Tolerance, was more than a music event. Curated by Slash, it spanned 23 dates and raised over $125,000 for nonprofits supporting mental health, social justice, and underserved communities.

The tour also celebrated Slash’s sixth solo album, Orgy of the Damned, which dominated the Billboard Blues Albums chart for 13 weeks at number one and remained in the top 50 for 69 weeks. The record, featuring Gary Clark Jr., Billy F. Gibbons, Chris Stapleton, Dorothy, Iggy Pop, Paul Rodgers, Demi Lovato, Brian Johnson, Chris Robinson, and Beth Hart, cemented Slash’s role as a modern blues torchbearer.
