Update (regarding the March 7 TASTE AWARDS ceremony):
Organizers have announced that the in-person TASTE AWARDS ceremony scheduled for March 7 in Beverly Hills has been postponed due to an active labor strike now affecting the contracted theater venue, resulting in picketing at the facility. Out of respect for the broader creative community and to avoid placing nominees, honorees, and guests in the difficult position of crossing a picket line, producers made the decision to pause the live event. Given the timing, securing an alternate venue or redesigning the production without compromising the standards and experience the TASTE AWARDS are known for was not feasible. Award recognition will continue through a virtual presentation designed for television distribution, digital, and social platforms, with additional honorees to be announced March 10. A live celebration is planned for later in 2026 under circumstances that reflect the professionalism and community spirit that define the awards.
On Saturday, March 7, 2026, the TASTE AWARDS mark their 17th anniversary with a red carpet awards show, reception, and ceremony at the Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills.
For nearly two decades, the TASTE AWARDS have carved out a distinct space in entertainment by honoring the year’s best in Food, Fashion, Health, Travel, and Lifestyle programming across television, film, streaming, online video, radio, podcasts, apps, and photography. Often called the Oscars of food and lifestyle media, the awards function as a global stamp of excellence for storytelling that shapes how audiences see culture through taste.
Like a Michelin Star, a Grammy, or an Emmy, the TASTE AWARDS signal what stands out. But the organization positions itself as more than a single night event. It operates year round as a platform that elevates creators, programs, and personalities who move culture forward and raise the standard of lifestyle media worldwide.
Nominee and winner announcements, honoree updates, and full event details are available at www.TheTasteAwards.com.
Celebrity Presenters and Attending Honorees
In addition to nominees and competitive winners, the ceremony recognizes Special Honorees and Hall of Fame inductees whose careers have left a measurable mark on global lifestyle media. These are figures whose work bridges creativity and influence across entertainment, music, food, and culture.
Recently announced attending honorees include musician and cultural voice Moby, actor and producer Sean Kanan, hip hop pioneer Yo-Yo Whitaker, and Chef Kasem Saengsawang, a Chopped Champion. Additional names are expected to be announced.
This year’s celebrity award presenters include host Michelle Harris of Alive and Well TV, Emmy nominated actor Kim Estes, Top Chef and Last Chef Standing alum and restaurateur Marcel Vigneron, host and producer Stuart Brazell, and Holly Hester of FNL Network, among others.
Upcoming announcements will reveal the recipients of the Anthony Bourdain Lifetime Achievement Award, the Andrew Zimmern Discovery Award, and the Bob Saget Award for Best Comedy or Humor.
