Golf

Golf is no doubt a difficult sport. Players spend decades learning how to improve their swing. However, most of the straining on the golf course is in the mind, not in the body. Though golfers put their entire energy into every shot, there’s not that much physical exertion between their swings. This is especially true if the players play a friendly game and travel by golf carts or single rider golf scooter. When they take this approach, they can expect leisurely times.

Darts

Like golf, the game of darts requires a keen eye and focus. But no one can say it’s a physically taxing game. Darts players primarily play in bars, which are places where people don’t engage in back-breaking work. For people who want a challenging sport close to areas of comfort and ease, darts is one of the best options available.

Pool

Though the pressure of the game can make anyone feel like they’re exerting themselves a lot, pool is among the sports that do not require a lot of strength. It only asks that you bend, aim, and push. Pool players take their game very seriously, as they should. But it certainly isn’t weight lifting. In fact, the bulky muscles on weightlifters may actually make it harder for them to play the game.

Archery

Of all the sports on this list, archery requires the most amount of strength. To play archery, you must bring the string back to your body. Depending on the bow, that may take some upper body strength. However, beyond that, archery is much like other items on this list. It takes a developed ability to aim rather than lots of force.
