It doesn’t take much effort or years of grueling training to stay healthy and not get sick. You need to overcome your laziness and not sit at the TV with beer or chips. Being healthy is a natural human desire. It’s not just about not getting sick; it’s about staying fit and energetic throughout your life and living longer.

You don’t have to work hard to stay healthy. It is enough to do a few basic things correctly: breath properly, eat, sleep, not abuse alcohol and nicotine, harden the body and regularly give it moderate exercise. Also, being healthy will empower you to go on and do more fulfilling things.

1. Breathe Properly

There is no need to talk about special breathing practices here. However, it is important to know that diaphragmatic breathing is natural for most people. First, a full exhalation, then let go of the abdomen a little, inhale through the nose, retract the abdomen, which raises the chest, and the alveoli are saturated with oxygen. And then exhale through the mouth.

Proper use of breathing exercises and shortness of breath after exhalation, and sometimes at the height of exhalation, increases the body’s resistance to oxygen deficiency. It has a positive effect on the enzyme systems and the blood supply to the heart and brain. Such exercises help incredibly with general mental well-being as a student. 2. Exercise

It’s not about lifting a barbell 12 hours a day, but regular gymnastics. If you are comfortable, you can do it in the morning, but you can also do it in the evening, but not later than two hours before bedtime. Everyone should choose a set of exercises based on physical condition and age. But there are basic exercises for the muscles of the arms, legs, back, abdomen, and exercises that improve posture. If you do them regularly, you will definitely feel better.

3. Sleep Properly and Wake up Properly

To fall asleep properly is to relax completely. But first, you need to balance the breathing, as described above, and then give the command to the muscles to relax and fall asleep peacefully. It’s best to fall asleep before midnight because you can’t break the genes with your finger. Our ancestors went to bed with chickens and woke up in the same way – a few minutes before sunrise. If you learn to relax and go to bed properly, you can get enough sleep in 4-5 hours and wake up full of strength and energy.

4. Eat Right

First of all, there is no different fast food, which, unfortunately, is now at every turn: chips, crackers, burgers, French fries, and other “delicacies” like mayonnaise. You need to consciously give up fast food and instead rely on fish, vegetables, and fruits, and eat less fat and carbohydrates when it comes to adults. Even if you work on the side as a – don’t give in to the anxiety of academic deadlines or general temptation. But even if you consume fats and carbohydrates but do not eat “trashy” and at the same time breathe properly, exercise, and sleep properly, the negative impact of such food will be minimal.

5. Drink Enough Liquids

Not tea, not Coca-Cola or beer, but plain water. In the morning, you should drink a glass of water on an empty stomach to start the body about half an hour or an hour before breakfast. After that, you should drink at least one and a half liters of water a day, but you should do it in equal portions to avoid dehydration. Drinking water improves blood circulation and metabolism.

6. Alcohol and Smoking

If you abuse alcohol or smoke cigarettes in packs a day, where will your health come from? Alcohol in large doses is the same poison as fast food. In addition, it narrows blood vessels, removes water from the body, actually makes a person sick. A person “out of nowhere” must undergo rehabilitation the next day to bring the body to a normal state. But was it necessary to introduce them into such a “nirvana state”? Smoking often damages the lungs and can cause cancer. These are well-known things, and adding something new is difficult.

If you follow these simple rules, then a person, after a while, will feel better, will be able to do more work in less time, and not go to pharmacies for pills. A healthy person radiates the pleasure of life; he complains less about the circumstances and gives a sense of happiness to others. At least for this purpose, it is necessary to switch off “Facebook,” get up from a sofa and go to the nearest park.
