Hollywood has caught our attention ever since it was first created. There is something about the movie star lifestyle that we all dream about at one time or another. While it is not likely we all are going to see our names up there in lights, there is no reason we can’t feel like the movie stars in our dreams.

One ancient tradition that has attracted movie stars for generations is Yoga which as you likely know is a form of exercise that integrates the body, breath, and mind. Today you can find many wild types of yoga that go beyond whatever you imagine when you hear the word yoga.

For example, some types of yoga are designed for certain groups of people such as Broga which is designed for men, or Roga which is designed for active runners. Some types take yoga to new locations such as Aerial Yoga, SUP Yoga (or paddleboard yoga), or Slackline Yoga where you do yoga standing on a cord up in the air. And some types of yoga combine it with other activities such as Yoga HIIT, or Mental Fitness Yoga. And we have not even gotten to trendy yogas such as Goat Yoga, Cat Yoga, or Chroma Yoga. No matter your interest there is yoga that is designed for you.

There are so many ways that we can create spaces where each and every one of us feel like a movie star. Sometimes these spaces look like using CBD products, sometimes like finding the perfect food and beverage pairing, and sometimes like trying a new and trendy yoga practice. In the end, it is less about what we choose to do and more simply choosing to invest in ourselves. While we are not likely to all find our names up in lights, this does not mean we can’t feel like we do whenever we need a little pick-me-up.
