Improve Posture While Working from Home with BackEmbrace

Cash for your car

Amid the coronavirus outbreak, working from home can be quite an adjustment – especially when it comes to comfort.

If you’re like me and work behind a laptop instead of monitors with ergonomic setups, you’re presumably feeling the stress and strain that comes from working in a compromised position.

Between staring at my laptop and hunching over my cell phone over long periods of time, I’ve ended up with a some pretty bad posture.

Most recently, I tried BackEmbrace from Ortho Bracing – an orthopedic posture support that helps prevent hunching and slouching. Recommended by doctors, the posture support helps relieve tension and strain in the upper back, neck and shoulders.

Sleek and Stylish straps without sacrificing comfort.

Initially, I was skeptical BackEmbrace would alleviate my longstanding cycles of neck pain and upper back tension; however, after trying it on, I felt and noticed a difference instantaneously.

Upon application of the posture support, I felt immediate relief in my upper back and neck (especially at the center of my upper back). It also continued to improve my posture and alleviate tension while I conducted work from my laptop. Aesthetically, BackEmbrace redirected my usual slouch to pencil-straight form without any pain as well.

Over the course of one week, I wore BackEmbrace for three to four hours during my work shift and I’ve never felt better. It made my work-from-home environment enjoyable, my back and neck pain-free, and also corrected my posture even after the posture support was off!

What makes BackEmbrace so effective is that it gently pulls your shoulders back to encourage proper posture (which gave me an instant difference in appearance).  Its minimalist design and split-strap system offers varying levels of support and is adjustable for a custom fit that’s super comfortable and can be worn over or under your clothes.

Features adjustable straps that help prevent hunching and slouching.

The breathable, close-fitting fabric fits gently across your back and the padded straps wrap under your arms without restricting movement. Best of all, BackEmbrace is unisex and stylish with no stiff, irritating or itchy straps and no uncomfortable metal pieces.

Unlike many other back and posture supports, BackEmbrace can also be worn for up to six consecutive hours per day.

But there is one caveat: I definitely couldn’t figure out how to properly assemble and try it on by myself. Luckily, BackEmbrace comes with instructions and a YouTube tutorial on how to wear it which I STRONGLY suggest.

With my shoulders and back in proper alignment, not only had my upper back tension and stiffness worn away, but I also felt uplifted and more confident.

Improves poor posture and alleviates problems such as tech neck.

Over the course of one week,  I’ve noticed a difference in my sitting and standing positions as well as becoming more self-aware of poor posture since wearing BackEmbrace. It’s also a nice little reminder to refrain from slouching or hunching and avoiding tech neck.

If you have severe back pain, I would strongly advise consulting your primary care provider before purchasing.
