Coconut Lemon Spritzer made with Drinkmate™ Spritzer and Countertop
Coconut Lemon Spritzer
Recipe:
¼ Cup coconut water
1 Lemon, sliced
Lemon soda
Ice
Directions:
Fill ½ a glass with ice cubes. Combine the coconut water, lemon soda and lemon slices and stir. Transfer to Drinkmate™ . Depress button until gas vents. Shake for 10 seconds. Let stand for 5 seconds then release pressure using quick-release valve, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam reaching the wand. Slowly fill glass over ice, garnish with a lemon wedge and enjoy. Add coconut chips for additional flavor.
