Nice little invite to Sailor Jerry Bungalow at The Deck at the trendy boutique Pacific Edge Hotel located right on the beach on Sleepy Hallow Lane in Laguna Beach, for an intimate industry event for Sailor Jerry’s newest spiced rum.

The Bungalows are five rooms that anyone can reserve for day use (from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.), to use as a base of operations with beach front access and bottle and food service all day. They are sponsored by different local companies and groups who are given free reign to design their Bungalow in their company’s brand
The Sailor Jerry Bungalow
This cool bungalow features its own tiki bar, big screen TV, pinball machine, private bathroom and can house a party up to 12 people. Located adjacent to The Deck, the Bungalows are the perfect focal point to make it easy to enjoy cocktails, eat, jump in the ocean, lay in the sun or water, or retreat to the shade when needed.
The event was hosted by Ashley Marsh, Sailor Jerry brand ambassador, who was there to give a rum presentation for enthusiasts and influencers. Our host Ashley was passionate on how Norman Collins craftsmanship and dedication to perfection is what Sailor Jerry Rum attempts to emulate as a company. Sailor Jerry is definitely an all-American favorite.
Sailor Jerry Bungalow at The Deck in Laguna Beach
For those who have never sampled Sailor Jerry 92 proof Rum, Sailor Jerry spiced rum is great mixed with just about anything or solo. Great Rum, food and games made for a nice afternoon at the beach.
Sailor Jerry’s Rum is inspired and named after Norman “Sailor Jerry” Collins, the father of the old school classic American tattoos. In fact, he is the most famous tattoo artist of all time. He initially traveled to Japan to learn the sacred art of tattooing back in the 1920’s. He set up his own business in the 1930’s tattooing sailors with his distinctive designs.
Besides tattoos, his legacy has lent itself to surfboards, motorcycles, hotrods, guitars, music and beach bbq’s that have paid homage to “Sailor Jerry’s”. Visitors or locals can enjoy their own private party with “Sailor Jerry” at his own bungalow at Pacific Edge Hotel.

Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum is based on Sailor Jerry’s own personal recipe. It’s strong, with a hint of cherry, and goes down smooth.
Ashley was such a great host. She made us feel right at home and also has a knack for story telling. She had a way of telling us about sailor Jerry Collins that was so interesting and fun at the same time. Her love and excitement for The company was evident! We left the party full of great food , delicious rum drinks and such an appreciation for Sailor Jerry Collins. Happy Fourth of July America !
