For the first time, iconic restaurant Yamashiro Hollywood, known for their sushi and Cal-Asian fare, is offering a Sunday Brunch, and it’s pretty impressive.
If you are not familiar with Yamashiro, it is a replica of a palace located in the “Yamashiro” province mountains near Kyoto, Japan, and the hilltop mansion was built in 1911-14 by the Bernheimer brothers to house their priceless collection of Asian treasures.
In the late 1920’s, Yamashiro became a ‘hotspot’ for the ultra-exclusive “400 Club”, comprised of Hollywood’s motion picture industry elite during its Golden Age. Throughout the years, it has served as a set in many motion pictures.
Today, you can enjoy brunch for the first time ever, while you take in the incredible view of Hollywood, overseen by executive chef Christophe Bonnergrace.
Brunch features multiple food stations that offer endless choices of crab legs, shrimp cocktail, oysters, sushi, prime rib, chicken and waffles, omelets, build-your-own salads, desserts, etc. There is also a bottomless mimosa, bloody mary or bellini option.
