Petrossian Restaurant and Boutique in West Hollywood now offers Signature brunch items by Executive Chef Giselle Wellman, available 7 days a week. Petrossian is the world’s largest legitimate providers of fine caviar and other exquisite foods and select products, founded in Paris in 1920.

Located on famed Robertson, it is in a great location. The restaurant itself is nicely upscale, yet relaxed.
We stopped in to their West Hollywood Restaurant and Boutique this past week to tray some of their culinary treasures. The Signature Brunch menu items were quite delicious.
Signature brunch menu item highlights include:
Smoked Salmon Bagel with Caviar: Cream Cheese, Capers, Red Onion, Mixed Greens, caviar
Caviar Scrambled Eggs: Whipped Vodka Crème, Micro Herbs, Toast
Tarte Aux Pommes de Terre: Potatoe Tart, Creme Fraiche, 20g Transmontanus Caviar
Sunny Side Up Egg with Grains: Farro, Wheatberry, Mushroom, Kale, Almonds, Tomator, Red Wine Vinaigrette

Petrossian Restaurant is also part of Dine LA. From Monday, July 13th, through Sunday July 26th, LA Restaurant Week, they are offering Dine LA Lunch for $25, and dinner for $50. Check out this exquisite menu! You won’t be able to resist.
If you are a Caviar lover, Caviar 301 leads students through a tasting of some of Petrossian’s most expensive caviars, along with a caviar-centric seven-course dinner. Caviar 301 is on the third Thursday of each month and costs $125. Reservations are required
