Refine Mixers is mixing it up this Saturday- literally! They are teaming up with Equinox and This Shirt Helps to bring Los Angeles- Fitness For A Cause. The event will be held Saturday, May 12th- on the Santa Monica Beach just west of Shutters Hotel.
It begins promptly at 9:00am with a Yoga and Flow class by Equinox Yoga trainers and then proceeding into other fitness workouts for guests to participate in. All proceeds of this event are going to support Waves 4 Water- which works on the front-line to provide clean water to communities in need around the world, you can read more about them at www.wavesforwater.org.
A suggested donation of $25 is optional- that is enough money to provide clean water to ten people for a whole year. This beach day filled with yoga, fitness, sunbathing, music and fashion is open to the public just register at https://fitness4acause.eventbrite.com
