Peppermint Kiss

 

1 oz Alizé Red Passion
1 oz Apple Juice
1/3 oz Lemon Juice
1/3 oz Sugar Syrup
2/3 oz Vikingfjord Vodka
Method :
Shake and strain into a martini glass
Taste :
Light and zesty, refreshingly crisp apple with underlying notes of peach, passion fruit and cranberries

 

Hot Toddy


Large batch recipe 
for cocktail base:

1 lb. Brown Sugar
0.25 lb. butter
Pinch of Salt
4.0 oz. Fresh apple cider
0.5 oz fresh extracted ginger juice
0.5 tsp. nutmeg
0.5 tsp. allspice
Blend the ingredients noted above together and bring to a boil before removing from the heat then let cool and store in refrigerator.
Then add…
2 heaping tablespoons of the prepared cocktail base
2.0 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve
approximately 6.0 oz. of hot water
Stir and
 garnish with a cinnamon stick

 

Sparkling Decadence

1 oz Alizé Red Passion
2/3 oz Peach Puree
1/3 oz Lemon Juice
1/3 oz Sugar Syrup
2 oz Caposaldo Prosecco
Garnish with a Lemon twist
Method: Build in a champagne flute and stir
Taste’s like candid peach and cranberry with hints of citrus wrapped in the bubbles of Prosecco

 

Appleton Estate Pumpkin Egg Nog
1 1/2 oz Appleton Estate Reserve (infused with cloves, allspice, cinnamon)
1/2 oz Navan vanilla liqueur
1 oz eggnog
1 oz pumpkin purée (from the can)
4 dash fees aromatic bitters
1 Bar spoon maple syrup grade B
Optional: fresh whipped cream top (heavy whipping cream)
Glass: 7 oz martini or coop
Garnish: no garnish
Preparation:
Build all ingredients in your shaker; shake and strain into a chilled martini or coop glass; top with fresh whipped cream (optional)
