The Global Action Forum Awards Honored Celebs and others for Charitable Efforts

On Febuary 18th, 2011, the newly-formed Global Action Forum presented awards to celebrities, corporate leaders, and United Nations agencies for their efforts in leading free social causes at a gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. It was hosted by Kara DioGuardi.

Hillary Duff presents Miley Cirus with the Global Action Youth Leadership Award for her work with Get Ur Good On project.

Global Action Awards celebrated the best and the brightest celebrities, corporate leaders, and United Nations agencies across numerous philanthropic platforms including Save the Children, Freedom to Marry, The Enough Project as well as many more.

The gala included an elegant dinner followed by a night of performances and awards showcasing the extraordinary charitable efforts of the presenters and award recipients.
