Los Angeles Celebration, in honor of the U.S and Australia, brought together the best in sports, music and film from both countries for the 8th Annual G’DAY USA Gala held on January 22, 2011. Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi were there as well as Olivia Newton-John and so many others celebrities.
G’DAY USA Awards
This year, awards were given to tennis great Rod Laver in the sports category, ‘Bright Star’ actress Abbie Cornish for film and former BeeGee Barry Gibb for the music category. The gala event was held at the Palladium in Hollywood.
Other celebrities in attendance of the G’Day USA Gala were as follows: John Travolta, Kelly Preston, Ryan Kwanten, Simon Baker, Barry Gibb, and Jon Voight as well as Qantas executives.
