The outside of the Aeternum line is scratch resistant, making it easier to clean and allows great thermal conductivity. The non-stick coating also prevents the typical emission of CO2, lowering the amount of the chemical released into the atmosphere.

Also available is the 10-piece Commercial Cookware set, a modern line that handles up to 450 degrees F and the three-piece Pizza Stone set, which includes a 12.75” pizza stone, cutter, serving rack and recipe booklet. Bialetti Cookware can be bought on Bialettishop.com and Amazon.com.

The Italian brand of cooking products and utensils is headquartered in Coccaglio, Italy, and the distributor for Bialetti USA, Bradshaw International, is based in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.
