Aubrey Organics and YOUTHskin/care: The First and Newest in Natural Skincare Products

With all of the growing focus on putting organic foods in your body, it’s no wonder than skincare products like Aubrey Organics and YOUTHskin/care are following suit with their own items of the organic and natural persuasion.

Aubrey Organics

Aubrey Organics was developed by Aubrey Hampton and became the first personal skin care company to be certified an organic processor in 1994. Now, the company touts more than 200 different products and is found in 4,500 retailers worldwide.

Always releasing new items to its growing user base, Aubrey Organics recently debuted new bath bars, natural baby and kids items, Lumessence Lift Firming Renewal Cream with CoQ10 Liposomes and moisturizing lotions, like the Unscented Ultimate Moisturizing Lotion, which completely moisturizes and pampers the skin without the fragrance, perfect for those sensitive to scents. Though called an unscented moisturizer, the lotion still possesses a light, sweet fragrance that smells natural as opposed to high on chemicals like many perfumed pieces. Not a heavy moisturizer, the lotion does not leave an unwanted residue but simply smooths dry and chapped skin.

YOUTHskin/care

For the other side of the organic skincare spectrum is the newly launched YOUTHskin/care, which focuses on the younger generation interested in finding the best care for the face and body.

While many skincare lines focus on retrieving a lost youthful glow and eliminating wrinkles, YOUTHskin/care takes the opposite approach by preserving the much-beloved skin, complexion and condition of young women.

Kendra Studdert and Michael Gyulai founded the Los Angeles-based company earlier this year consisting of three products working together for an everyday routine of Soaking, Exfoliating and Cleansing.

First, relieve tension with the lavender-scented Epsom/dead sea salt body soak made of imported salts from Israel, which naturally relives muscle aches and helps relaxation. Upon first pour of the salts in a warm bath, the lavender scent nearly instantly soothes, and the salts continue to reduce everyday pains put on the body by unwanted (yet seemingly necessary) stress.

Secondly, the exfoliate smooths the skin with ingredients like vitamin E and organic jojoba oil for a simple, yet effective bath scrub that also uses turbinado sugar to cast off dead layers of skin. The exfoliate possesses a unique smell of Italian blood orange, a great contrast from the earlier lavender.

To finish the job, employ the organic body wash, either in bergamot or lavender. The bergamot oil is from Italy, and the lavender from France, both natural scents to clean and hydrate the skin.

According to its website, YOUTHskin/care is meant for “the young, informed and connected consumer generation.” For more information, visit www.youthskincare.com.
