Launched in 2003 by Fusion Brands Inc., CLEAN Perfume’s products have a common theme of soaps and gels that smell fresh and clean like laundry and cotton. Founder and developer Randi Shinder wanted products that emote that particular scent and when she couldn’t find any, she created her own!
New to the product lineup includes four additions: Bath & Shower Gel (Warm Cotton), Soft Body Lotion (Clean Laundry), Anti-Bacterial Moisturizing Hand Cream and Body Veil (Original).
The Bath & Shower Gel delicately cleanses with a foam lather reminiscent of fresh laundry if using the Warm Cotton scent. It consists of ingredients like cotton itself, aloe and botanicals, which clean the body and leave it smelling as fresh as a fresh load of clothes straight out of the dryer! After bathing, finish off the process with the Soft Body Lotion made up of Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Aloe Vera and Vitamin E. The lotion perfectly compliments the Bath & Shower Gel, and I recommend changing up the scents between the two—a combination of Warm Cotton and Fresh Laundry, for example.
For daily use, the new Body Veil continues the CLEAN ritual, which basically is a body powder that protects the skin from the clothing worn every day. Throughout the day, the fragrance is time-released keeping you smelling fresh and clean consistently during work and play. The light powder is not too overpowering and easily lays under the clothing without drawing too much attention—a great aspect for a daily-worn skincare product.
Additionally, rounding out the new products is the Anti-Bacterial Moisturizing Hand Cream kills 99.9 percent of germs found on your hands.
