Miles from your average art opening, Canvases and Cocktails, set to take place Saturday July 31st from 7-11PM at Paint:Lab in Santa Monica, will benefit the Los Angeles Youth Network. LAYN’s mission is to end homelessness, one youth at a time.
Canvases and Cocktails attendees will be the first to view and purchase original works of art created by LAYN’s teen residents: formerly homeless youth enrolled in shelter and educational programs.
The event will feature appetizers, wine, and of course, unlimited premium cocktails. All of the night’s proceeds will go to benefit LAYN’s residents.
Hosting the festivities will be In Pursuit Networking – a new venture from the founders of Save the Date(ing). In Pursuit Networking brings accomplished professionals together for a full calendar of unique and high-class social events from wine and scotch tastings, to gallery openings, to sailing.
