In celebration of the MTV Movie Awards, Melanie Segal’s Celebrity S.O.S (Save Our Seas) Lounge held on June 3-4, 2010 raised awareness and funds for the devastating oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, where wildlife and local communities are in danger and suffering terribly.
Platinum Plants Trees
For each celebrity that attended the event, Platinum Publicity is making donations to help the oil spill relief efforts in the Gulf of Mexico. In order to further make our earth a greener place, Platinum Publicity is also planting a tree in honor of each celebrity guest.
Gifts for Giving
Celebrities are doing their part to help by signing various items to be auctioned off for charity, including a full size arcade game from Dream Arcades, a Celebrity Sign-In Board and more.
