On April 21st, 2010, Elevate Lounge in downtown LA will play host to some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment, as the Watering Seeds Organization stages their first annual Red Carpet/Celebrity Gala.

As Watering Seeds’ first fundraising event of 2010, the Red Carpet Gala Fundraiser will raise awareness and revenue for the operation of adaptive sports clinics – used principally by physically challenged children, adults, and Wounded Warriors. Watering Seeds’ philanthropic efforts have been showcased in USA Today, MSNBC, The Hollywood Reporter, and a variety of other sources.
Expected celebrity attendees include, but are not limited to: Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Wahlberg, Joanna Krupa, Erin Brockovich, select former LA Lakers, Russell Hantz, Rick Hearst, Patrick Willis (San Francisco 49ers), and Drew Waters.
Guests will enjoy live entertainment from Marvin Gaye III, singer/songwriter Johnny Vargas, and American Idol Alex Nester.
Presiding over the festivities will be Master of Ceremonies, Comedian Jay Davis and MTV video jockey Quddus.
Keynote speakers include Dr. Gordon Chiu, Sgt. Patrick Sowers, and Purple Heart recipient Sgt. Seth Watson.
In conjunction with The Charity Angels, Watering Seeds will sponsor a live auction featuring a variety celebrity memorabilia and prize packages.
Watering Seeds will be broadcasting live from the red carpet on www.wateringseeds.org, showcasing Hollywood’s brightest stars and their big hearts.
