TIDE Offers Loads Of Hope to Families affected by Disasters

Mario Lopez for TideDuring times of disaster people turn to the most basic of human needs and as the TIDE Company sees it, one of those is clean clothes. With their new TIDE Loads of Hope program, they provide relief through a mobile laundromat. One truck and a number of vans hold over 32 energy-efficient washers and dryers that are capable of cleaning over 300 loads of laundry every day. Members of the program wash, dry, and fold the clothes for these families for free.

In support, Mario Lopez wore his Tide “Loads Of Hope” t-shirt, a shirt that is available to all for purchase. In fact, TIDE is challenging Americans to purchase 1,000 loads-worth of T’s in 100 days with all the profits going to families in the U.S. affected by disaster, such as the folks in New Orleans.
