Executive Chef Jason Marcus of One Sunset will be serving up his famous cuisine for your Tuesday Tasting. He enjoys the global-shared plate concept, as well as incorporating flavors and techniques from around the world. Some of his most notable dishes are the spicy tuna tartare, porcini-potato ravioli and the bad ass cheeseburger.

One Sunset was designed by Lionel Ohayon of New York’s ICRAVE Design Studio utilizing the space within a space concept as his guide. Divided into different areas, ONE Sunset offers a sophisticated and relaxing dining space, as well as a hip, bustling bar and lounge area. After dinner, the sophisticated dining room evolves into an electric bar and lounge. Hollywood stars like Lauren Conrad, Ashton Kutcher and Kate Bosworth frequent One’s lounge and bar scene heated up by top industry DJs.
Because the restaurant is separated into distinct areas, ONE Sunset is a perfect place for private events. Offering space that can accommodate up to 400 people, this dining and nightspot provides several bar and lounge areas that can be as private or open as the host prefers. With the Upper Candle Lounge situated in the back of the restaurant, parties can be assured total privacy, complete with their very own VIP entrance. For those who like to be right in the heat of things, there are more open spots available that can be sectioned off, still allowing for easy access to the action.
