All the hottest celebrities who share a love for music and fashion gathered at this red carpet event. Dressed in their most trendy attire, celebrities from The Hills’ socialite Audrina Patridge to musician heart-throb Chris Mann, all agreed that music and fashion go hand in hand. Kim Kardashian, looking stunning in a Miguelina dress, shared that she looks to music videos for the hottest fashion trends.
As part of "VH1 Rock Honors" weekend festivities, Intermix hosted a "Rock & Shop ‘Til You Drop" in store shopping event before the party from 10 a.m. with 20% of the day’s sales to benefit The VH1 Save The Music Foundation. A limited edition "VH1 Rock Honors" t-shirt, designed by Scarlett Johansson was sold exclusively at INTERMIX,with 25% of the tee’s sales going towards the foundation.
Other guests included Lauren Conrad (in Elizabeth & James), Jamie-Lynn Sigler (in Calvin Klein and Jules Smith jewelry), Lo Bosworth (in Jay Godfrey), Bonnie Somerville (in Madison Marcus, with her recording partner Jake Walden), David Henrie (Disney’s The Wizards of Waverly Place), Amber Stevens (ABC’s Greek), Brittny Gastineau, Leven Rambin (in Herve Leger), Courtenay Semel, Casey Johnson, Melissa Ford, Romi Dames (Disney’s Hannah Montana), Chris DeWolfe (MySpace), Kat Kramer, Rob Mayes, Donna Spangler, Jay Godfrey, VH1 Host Carrie Keagan, Carly Steel, Tiara Marie and more.
Intermix owners, Khajak Keledjian and Haro Keledjian, hosted the fabulous event inside their store, where guests got to shop, perusing through the racks, and enjoy listening to a variey of music played by Myfm, Guests also enjoyed catering by Chaya Brasserie, cocktails by Han Vodka and Hope Wine, and water by BORBA. Car service was provided by Harman/Kardon and Mercedes-Benz.
This year, instead of the usual Las Vegas, VH1 Rock Honors ceremony took place at Pauley Pavillion, UCLA. The Who were honored and performed a set of eight of their songs at the hour long concert, along with notable bands such as Tenacious D, Pearl Jam, The Flaming Lips, Foo Fighters, and Incubus.
