The April 11th performance (Program A) will feature the premiere of "Loose Change," a dramatic solo created for Richardson by actor Taye Diggs and Rhoden’s "Chapters," set to the timeless music of Marvin Gaye with songs like "What’s Going On" and "I Want You."
The April 12th & 13th performances (Program B) will feature ""Pretty Gritty Suite," an homage to the music of Nina Simone with soulful classics like "Feelin’ Good" and "I Put a Spell on You." This program also features Richardson in the graceful solo, "Lament and Bound" by guest choreographer Nicolo Forti.
