The Los Angeles United Film Festival is slated to run this year from April 18th – 20th at the Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills.
The festival will be preceded by a kick-off celebration on April 17th, 2008 at the Gibson Musical Instruments Showroom in Beverly Hills (located at 9350 Civic Center Drive, Suite 130). Beginning at 7:00 p.m. and running until midnight, admission for the party is $5 and will consist of an open bar and lite fare. For more information, visit www.launitedfest.com.
The LAUFF focuses on bringing together talented filmmakers from many diverse backgrounds to show a “united” showcase of creative talent and energy. The schedule includes a list of Award Winning Documentaries, as well as some L.A. Premieres. A Question/Answer session with the filmmakers and cast will follow each film, while a block of short films will precede all other films.
