For one weekend only, magician George Tovar will perform at the Theatre West near Universal City. Participating in the eighth and final annual presentation of the Millennium Magic show, Tovar will be joined on stage by a revolving cast of the area’s finest magicians. Nominated as Magician of the Year in 2005 by the Academy of Magical Arts, Tovar will be performing to a packed house September 28th-30th.
The line-up of magicians will vary at each performance, so one could attend all three dates and see three different programs. Performing alongside Tovar will be the magician’s colleagues from the Magic Castle.
Tovar, in addition to being a magician, is also an actor and has frequently appeared on Theatre West’s stage. Theatre West’s Executive Director is John Gallogly.
As this is a one-weekend-only engagement, no complimentary admissions will be available.
Prospective attendees are advised to order tickets in advance, as previous performances of "Millennium Magic" have sold out.
