Real Estate mogul collaborating on “Show America Your Charisma,” a new summer reality television program.

Move over, “American Idol”. Spencer Productions and CreateYourCharisma.com are currently in negotiations with a prominent, as-yet-unnamed Real Estate figure to produce a reality television show poised to rival the ratings of “American Idol” and surpass its popularity.

“Show America Your Charisma” will showcase the magnetism of twelve average
yet skillful ladies and gentlemen who charm their way through a tough audition process. The dashing dozen will then compete with each other over an hour-long episode each week for a grand prize of $100,000.

To determine the most socially apt, the twelve will be subjected to a mixture of interviews and chores. In addition to the millions of viewers and the live studio audience, three expert judges will be on hand to make their own determinations.
Spencer Productions head Bruce Spencer was asked why the forthcoming project will have such a high appeal as to rival AI , and was quick to point out that the challenges these contestants will face will prove extremely relevant to all those watching at home.?

?There are so few of us out there who can sing or dance,? Spencer noted.? ?But we still have to thrive out there in the real world.? And sometimes all you have to rely on is your wits, charm, and personality to get the job done.? There?s a certain ?me against the world? quality that cannot be denied.? I think just about anyone can relate to that.?

As a Grand Finale, the winners of each installment will artfully battle for the title of “America’s Most Charismatic” and the hefty one-million dollar prize that goes with it.

“Show America Your Charisma” is based on author Andrew Kaplan’s latest book, “The Charisma Creator” and will be the proof in the intellectual pudding put forth by concepts he explores on CreateYourCharisma.com.

Open auditions will soon begin in New York, Boston, Washington, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle and San Francisco.
